Terms of Service

By accessing and using Kling 2.6 Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

You agree not to use Kling 2.6 Studio to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or violent content
• Create adult or explicit sexual content
• Produce content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Generate spam, malware, or malicious content
• Harass, threaten, or defame any person or group
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

Violation Consequences: Any violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination without refund and may lead to legal action.

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the prompts you input and the videos generated through Kling 2.6 Studio.

Generated Content: All AI-generated videos are owned by you, the user, and you have full rights to use, modify, distribute, or sell them as you see fit.

Service Content: The Kling 2.6 Studio platform, including its interface, logos, and proprietary technology, remains the property of Kling 2.6 Studio.

License Grant: By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the generation service.

Due to the immediate and high-cost nature of GPU processing for AI video generation, we do not offer refunds once credits have been used or after 7 days of purchase.

If you have not used any credits and believe you were charged in error, please contact us at support@kling2-6.com within 7 days. Refunds for unused subscriptions are processed at our sole discretion and may incur a processing fee.

Anti-Fraud Policy: We have a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent activities. Any user attempting to abuse our refund system through false claims, chargeback fraud, or any other deceptive practices will have their account permanently terminated and will be reported to relevant authorities and payment processors. All fraudulent attempts will be documented and may result in legal action. Refunds are only provided for legitimate technical issues that our support team cannot resolve within 48 hours of the initial report.

No Exceptions: This policy applies to all purchases, including subscription plans, credit packages, and promotional offers. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Availability: While we strive for 100% uptime, Kling 2.6 Studio may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to technical issues.

Generation Quality: AI-generated content quality may vary and we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

Usage Limits: Subscription plans include monthly generation limits. Additional usage may require plan upgrades.

Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services integrated with our platform.

Kling 2.6 Studio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
